If in the rare instance you receive our jewelry or sandals and are unsatisfied with them, you have seven days from the date of receipt of goods to postmark a return to us.

Because our items are individually handmade, a jewelry order placed on the website, by phone, or e-mail can only be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed. If cancelled after 24 hours we will issue a store credit or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns MUST be sent to us insured and in a traceable manner (via UPS or FedEx). We will not be responsible for lost packages. We highly recommend using Federal Express.

Also, please be sure to protect the item from in-transit damage by wrapping it in bubble wrap or layers of packing tissue, etc. If the item was not packed securely and arrives damaged, only a partial credit will be given.

We are NOT responsible for paying the cost of shipping in case of a return or an exchange.
