Cancellations:
Because our items are individually handmade, a jewelry order placed on the website, by phone,
or e-mail can only be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed. If cancelled
after 24 hours we will issue a store credit or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns:
If in the rare instance you receive an item that you are unsatisfied with, you have 14 days from the
day we ship your order to request a Return Authorization. Jewelry returns are store credit only,
any other item is fully refundable with tags intact.
• Returns MUST be sent to us insured and in a traceable manner (via UPS or FedEx). We will NOT
be responsible for lost packages. We highly recommend using Federal Express.
• Please be sure to protect the item from in-transit damage by wrapping it in bubble wrap or layers of packing
tissue, etc. If the item was not packed securely and arrives damaged, only a partial credit will be given.
• We can NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
• We are NOT responsible for paying the cost of shipping in case of a return or an exchange.
• All engraved items are final sale and not returnable.
